Refund policy
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS & LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
In the unlikely event, we have a 30-day return policy on unframed paper prints, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are not able to offer refunds or returns on framed paper prints, as they are made to order. Or original paintings due to the packaging care and insurance required to return them.
If you received a free gift with purchase, and the item you are returning was the only purchase, you will also need to return the free item or it's retail value will be discounted from your refund amount.
We package with extreme care, and damages are extremely rare. In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please inform the courier and take a photo of the damage, including the packaging and we will arrange a replacement for you. Otherwise without the photographic evidence we may not be able to process the claim.
No returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.
As many of my art pieces are sent directly from a framer or fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer, framer or manufacturer on your shipping label. I cannot guarantee that your purchase will be able to be received safely and this may result in a loss of your purchase.
To start an exchange or return, you can contact us at holly@hollyclarkestudios.com Once accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange / return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24hrs so that we can arrange a replacement. If issues are reported after 24hrs replacements may not be possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg custom products (such as special orders, bespoke size/frame options or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
